Four years may be but a fleeting moment in a person's life, but for me, these four years at Jia Yao have been an invaluable asset in my life. On September 4, 2020, I stepped through the gates of Jia Yao with curiosity about the unknown and a thirst for challenges, beginning my journey in e-commerce operations and domestic business.

Before joining Jia Yao, I was just an ordinary employee focused on e-commerce operations, almost ignorant of business work. Faced with a completely new field, I felt both excited and confused. I remember the first three months on the job, every day was a challenge, and every problem seemed like a wall. I thought about giving up more than once. I was confronted with complex market analysis, elusive customer psychology, and the ever-changing industry trends. I often stayed up late at night, staring at the computer screen, trying to analyze and summarize the lower-level market situation, looking for customer needs. Whenever I felt overwhelmed and wanted to escape these seemingly insurmountable problems, General Manager Li's encouragement and support were like a beam of light, illuminating my path forward.

I still remember when I first joined Missmeeca, General Manager Li gave me a direct opportunity to independently complete the construction of the Huizhou Missmeeca 1688 store, from 0 to 1, witnessing the transformation of the Huizhou Missmeeca 1688 store in my own hands. From the initial planning to product listing, from market research to customer service, every link was condensed with my sweat and wisdom. Watching the store grow from nothing to something, and from something to excellence, I felt incredibly proud and satisfied.
