Six months ago, with dreams of the future and curiosity about the new environment, I stepped through the doors of this company. At that time, as a second-time mother, I was nervous and apprehensive about the workplace, fearing that I would make mistakes due to the so-called "pregnancy brain" and tread carefully. However, the moment I entered the company, the receptionist greeted me warmly, introduced the basic situation of the company, and the needs of the current positions. The colleagues I met during the initial interview also detailed the job responsibilities and workflow of the business assistant position. This process made me feel the enthusiasm of the colleagues and their serious and responsible attitude towards their respective jobs. I thought to myself, the people who work here and the leaders must also be very responsible. Seeing the clean working environment, I had a small expectation for this job. The next day, I received a notice for a second interview. During the conversation with General Manager Li, she mentioned work efficiency and quality many times, and I deeply felt her sincerity and positive energy. As a professional woman, the confidence on her face, along with her strong execution and drive, made me feel familiar and close. The charm of a professional woman that I hadn't felt in a long time infected me. I firmly believe that this will be a new starting point in my career. I decided to join this big family.

After years of struggling in the manufacturing industry, I have a strong desire for change, longing to work in an environment full of vitality and innovation. However, life is like a long marathon, where everyone is running on the track; some people are leading with ease, while others are struggling to catch up. Rather than being a vanity mirror, Jia Yao has become a mirror of my growth in my heart. Every morning, I look at the mirror to appreciate whether my preparation for the day is positive; every noon, I sharpen myself in the mirror to see if my work state is effective and efficient; every evening, I reflect on whether I have improved and grown, constantly thinking about whether I am also quietly becoming "more beautiful" on the road to Jia Yao's transformation, following the leader, General Manager Li. Here, I want to thank Jia Yao for giving me this opportunity. Often when we are too busy, colleagues in the same group will always take the initiative to discuss who will do what, each finding their own tasks and quickly solving problems. It is the mutual help and self-discipline of my colleagues that have made me see my own shortcomings, allowing me to continuously improve and enhance myself. They are not only my colleagues but also comrades-in-arms.

On my new job position, I also encountered some new challenges. Once, when a client visited, General Manager Li introduced some products to the client, who decided to choose some styles. At that time, Li asked me to assist in organizing materials and preparing samples for the client to take away. Since the products were new and the time was quite urgent, with some data needing to be verified, I rushed to prepare the samples and communicated with colleagues from other departments. In order to improve efficiency, I personally went to find the products, but I overlooked the fact that preparing samples and organizing data information could be done simultaneously. After preparing the samples, it was already lunchtime, and I had to rush to organize the product information and check the accuracy of the data in the afternoon. I thought I had described everything clearly, but when Li checked, there were still some areas that were not detailed enough for the client to understand at a glance. Under Li's guidance, I revised the materials. It took a week of repeated follow-ups before this order was finally confirmed. Afterward, I reflected repeatedly that my approach to handling the matter was not flexible enough, and my data processing was not careful enough, which also proved that my past work experience and knowledge were no longer sufficient to meet the current job requirements. I began to take the initiative to learn product knowledge and communication skills, attend training, and exchange experiences with colleagues. General Manager Li also often carefully guided me on how to do things, from teaching me every word and sentence to sharing her personal experiences, like an elder sister pulling a younger sister who is hurt, running hard. No matter how tired she is, she never wants to give up on you, always patiently teaching me one thing after another, solving one problem after another, allowing me to change many times and gain a lot of inspiration. These changes have made me more composed when facing work pressure. Working with General Manager Li and other positive colleagues has made me realize the importance of a positive attitude for personal growth. Their positive energy has infected me, allowing me to remain optimistic when facing difficulties. I have started to take a more proactive approach in finding solutions to problems, rather than waiting for them to solve themselves.

Over the course of six months, I have experienced a process of adaptation and growth within this company. I have learned how to play a role in the team, how to find opportunities in challenges, and how to maintain a positive and healthy mindset in daily life. I firmly believe that only through our own hands, through relentless struggle and effort, can we establish ourselves in this competitive society. As we work hard and strive for our goals, every step of progress we make will be praised and affirmed by others. This applause, earned through hard work, is the most beautiful aspect of Jia Yao and also the most beautiful part of our lives. In the future, I look forward to continuing to improve myself on the platform provided by the company, to realize my personal value, and to grow together with the company.
