Healthy living starts from the heart. In this fast-paced era, we are often troubled by various pressures and busyness.

Arriving at Missmeeca feels like it was just yesterday. Here, I have deeply realized that the HR and administrative position has endowed me with a stronger sense of responsibility and a more conscious service awareness. This is because I am responsible for recruitment, training in company culture, performance assessments, and more. These tasks are crucial, making a sense of responsibility one of the essential skills for this position. Additionally, the diversity of this role, from employee relations to office management, from recruitment to compensation and benefits, presents different challenges and tasks every day. It also requires smoother communication and coordination skills, as we communicate with different people daily and interact with various departments within the company. Therefore, communication skills are also an essential skill, especially this year as our Missmeeca factory has expanded again, from over two thousand square meters to more than ten thousand square meters. Missmeeca has grown from Shenzhen Pingshan to Zhongkai Zhongnan High-Tech, and now to Zhongjian Mingri Vision. Missmeeca is like a baby, continuously thriving and growing strong. Of course, with this growth, the company's demand for talent also increases, and the pressure on the HR position grows. It requires constantly sifting through a large number of resumes to find the right candidates for the urgently needed positions in the company.

During this period, when faced with interviewees who backed out of appointments, I have felt disheartened. Each time, General Manager Li encouraged me by saying, "It's okay, don't worry, we'll keep trying to recruit." I am very grateful for General Manager Li's tolerance and encouragement in my work at Missmeeca. Since joining Missmeeca, I have once again been inspired by General Manager Li's personal charm. Amidst the complexity of the current environment, General Manager Li still insists on exercising and running. From her, I have sensed that no matter the pressures of work or life, she can endure with resilience.

My personal favorite sport is mountain climbing. It offers the opportunity to get close to nature and experience the grandeur of mountains and rivers, as well as the extraordinary craftsmanship of nature. During the ascent, one can experience the changes of seasons and appreciate the vegetation and scenery at different altitudes. The ups and downs of climbing are akin to the ups and downs of life. Mountain climbing teaches perseverance, and when you reach the summit and look down upon the earth beneath your feet, the sense of achievement and satisfaction is indescribable. It also makes one cherish and be grateful for every moment of life.

After arriving at Missmeeca, I once again felt the charm that sports bring to us from General Manager Li. She said that work is like running a marathon; when encountering difficulties at work, one must fight against oneself, using strong willpower to subdue negative emotions such as laziness, negativity, timidity, and the desire to give up, in order to achieve the goal of conquering and reshaping oneself. It is also a spirit of persistence towards goals and never giving up. Through this method, one's mental outlook is subtly influenced, making it easier to face and solve the difficulties encountered at work.

In the days to come, regardless of any storms or obstacles, may I continue to pursue my dreams on the platform of Missmeeca. For loving life is loving the self that keeps progressing and never admits defeat. Let us walk together and continuously discover a better version of ourselves.
