Upon first encountering Missmeeca, I felt incredibly honored and excited. When the company's HR contacted me for an interview, it was the company's environment, the warmth and enthusiasm of the HR staff that attracted me. The moment I entered the front door of the company, a clean, comfortable, and cozy scene greeted my eyes. This gave me a sense of security and comfort that was different from other companies. As a result, I decided to join Missmeeca with a try-it-out attitude, embarking on a new chapter of personal growth and company development.

On my first day at Missmeeca, I spent it with the warm reception from the Human Resources department and going through the new employee training and examination. During the onboarding training, I learned that the founder of the Missmeeca brand, Mr. Li, is a proactive and positive young entrepreneur, as well as a passionate and visionary leader. Mr. Li has a very cheerful and sunny personality, is responsible towards his employees, and is empathetic, treating people with sincerity. In his spare time, he actively participates in and organizes various social and sports activities. Under his leadership, the company has a promising future, focusing on the research and development and manufacturing of smart electronic makeup mirrors, with products sold in foreign markets.

Missmeeca places great emphasis on team building and the personal growth of its employees. Mr. Li personally welcomes every new member, providing a detailed introduction to the company's development history, cultural philosophy, core values, and future strategic planning. He encourages new employees to quickly integrate into the team, fully utilize their talents, and grow together with the company. This people-oriented management philosophy has made the company's team more diverse and has injected new vitality into the company's future development. Under Mr. Li's leadership, the company has not only continuously broken through in product innovation but has also shown extraordinary courage and wisdom in market expansion. After the onboarding training, I was taken to the procurement department by HR, a crucial department for the company's operations, responsible for the procurement of raw materials, equipment, and office supplies. The main responsibility is to ensure the supply of raw materials to support the production and research and development of the company's products. It requires establishing good relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices, and ensuring that the quality, price, and delivery time of materials meet the company's needs. At the same time, it is also necessary to closely monitor market trends to respond quickly to price fluctuations. As a procurement specialist, my daily work is full of diversity and challenges. In the first few weeks, with my own efforts and the enthusiastic help of company leaders and colleagues, through active communication in daily work, I gradually became familiar with the company's operating model, processes, and culture, and established good working relationships with team members. I found that Missmeeca places great emphasis on teamwork and knowledge sharing. Each department works closely together to drive projects forward, so I quickly integrated into the team. I studied hard, actively adapted, cooperated closely with the team, and gradually became part of this big family. I also continuously optimized the supply chain, making some minor adjustments to the original prices of some raw materials through in-depth communication with suppliers, saving some procurement costs for the company. At Missmeeca, I not only learned how to manage the supply chain efficiently but also grasped the essence of some HR management. I am well aware that procurement and HR work are crucial for the stable development of the company; they are the bridges connecting the company with the market and employees with the organization. I will continue to improve my professional abilities, participate deeply in the company's core operations, and contribute my part to the company's prosperity and stable development together with everyone.

In the vibrant city of Huizhou, in August 2020, General Manager Li moved from Shenzhen to Huizhou to embark on her second entrepreneurial journey. Despite facing challenges such as the pandemic at the beginning of her venture, Li did not retreat. Instead, with a firm belief and relentless efforts, she overcame various difficulties and led the company to move forward steadily. In 2022, Li participated in the 4th China Guangdong (Malaysia) Commodities Exhibition overseas, where the company's many new smart electronic makeup mirror products received a warm market response. Li's entrepreneurial experience reflects the resilience and innovative spirit of Chinese entrepreneurs. Under her leadership, the factory area of Missmeeca in Huizhou quickly expanded from the initial 2,000 square meters to the current 10,000 square meters.

General Manager Li's entrepreneurial story is one of perseverance, courage, and wisdom.
