As a career changer, the first challenge I faced was how to quickly adapt to the new work environment. When I first joined Missmeeca, I felt both excited and slightly nervous, as everything here was fresh, from the busy work environment to the vibrant team atmosphere. Here, I am very grateful for the help from my colleagues. She encourages me to engage with more platforms, starting from Alibaba International and gradually moving to platforms like Shein and AliExpress. I have gained a deeper understanding of an increasing number of foreign trade platforms, and I bravely try and practice, becoming more flexible and cautious in my thinking.
