On May 30, 2025, Missmeeca Company held its monthly routine welcome and commendation meeting as scheduled. The meeting was held on the 8th floor of the production workshop in Missmeeca's new plant area. All employees gathered together to review the gains and losses of the past month's work, welcome the new colleagues, and commend the outstanding employees of May.

At the beginning of the meeting, General Manager Li made a detailed and in-depth summary of the work of each department in the company over the past month. He particularly analyzed the issues faced by the Business Department, Production Department, Purchasing Department, and the Warehouse, and put forward practical and feasible suggestions for improvement.
The overall business volume in May remained stable but did not meet the expected growth. The company also faced the dilemma of customers aggressively lowering prices and the internal competition in market prices. The Business Department needs to increase market expansion efforts, optimize the customer structure, and improve service quality to enhance customer loyalty. The Production Department should optimize processes, reduce costs and increase efficiency, and ensure product quality. The Purchasing Department needs to develop new supplier resources and optimize existing suppliers to significantly reduce purchasing costs. The Warehouse should optimize the storage and inventory counting processes according to the new management system to improve overall operational efficiency. Warehouse and quality personnel must dispatch the goods that need to be sent out on the same day to improve efficiency and avoid delays.
Welcome Ceremony for New Employees
After General Manager Li’s summary, the meeting moved into a warm and enthusiastic welcome session for the new colleagues. Full of anticipation and hope for their new jobs, the new colleagues, dressed in neat work uniforms, walked to the front stage. General Manager Li personally presented the employment contracts to the new colleagues. With each contract presented, the venue erupted into warm applause, which was not only a warm welcome for the new colleagues but also a good wish for their future journey in Missmeeca Company.
