My 8 years of development with Missmeeca

Time flies and years pass by like a shuttle. In the blink of an eye, another year has gone by. Year after year, time really goes by so quickly! Standing at the beginning of 2025, I look back slowly and my heart is filled with gratitude for Missmeeca Company and my colleagues. I really want to share the days I spent with Missmeeca, the times when we challenged ourselves and grew together. In the spring eight years ago, I entered the gate of Missmeeca Pingshan Factory with a heart full of anxiety and hope. Over these eight years, I can't help but feel a great deal of emotion, marveling at my own growth and all that I have gained.

In 2017, I came to Missmeeca in Pingshan, Shenzhen for an interview. The position I applied for was a quality inspector, and the interviewer was General Manager Li of the company. During my journey to the interview at Missmeeca, a little incident occurred. Due to my unfamiliarity with the route, I kept calling for help. The person on the other end patiently and tirelessly told me the way to go. At that time, I didn't know that she was the boss of our company. It was not until I arrived at the company and met her that I realized she was General Manager Li. My first impression of her was that she was very amiable, a young and beautiful girl who always had a smile on her face.In the following conversation, General Manager Li described the company's development prospects in detail. Based on my trust in her, I decided to join Missmeeca. With a heart full of excitement and nervousness, I came to this new environment of Missmeeca. General Manager Li was very kind and approachable. The cultural atmosphere of Missmeeca and her care made me feel a special kind of warmth. Here, I also met like-minded partners to strive and grow together.

In these eight years, I was promoted from a quality inspector to a production supervisor, during which I acquired a great deal of knowledge and skills. When I first joined the company, I was unfamiliar with the company's products. I felt very anxious when encountering incoming material quality issues and didn't know how to communicate and coordinate with suppliers. I often talked with General Manager Li about this. In order to cultivate my communication skills and negotiation abilities with suppliers, she invited all the company's suppliers to the company and introduced them to me one by one. This allowed the suppliers and me to understand and communicate face to face. Through this experience, I deeply felt General Manager Li's meticulous cultivation of my work. As time went by, I gradually became well-acquainted with the company's products and various incoming materials.

In the third month after I joined the company, I was transferred from a quality staff member to a grassroots production line supervisor. At that time, it was a great challenge for me because I had never done any management work before. Everything had to start from scratch. The sudden personnel allocation issues made me feel a lot of pressure. From the initial confusion and helplessness to the later gradual improvement, all of this was inseparable from General Manager Li's guidance and support.When an employee on the production line suddenly fell ill and fainted, the process of calling 120 to rescue the colleague was also a memorable experience. As I grew at Missmeeca, I also witnessed the changes in General Manager Li. Eight years ago, she was a very lively and cheerful girl, often bouncing around busily in the office and on the production line. When the production line had to work overnight to rush orders, she would work with everyone else. At first glance, because she was so young, I thought she might be a rich second generation or a factory owner's child. However, as I got to know her better, I found out that she was a first - generation entrepreneur who could endure hardships and was very hardworking.Under General Manager Li's leadership, Missmeeca's orders increased more and more. At the beginning of 2018, the company expanded its scale, and we experienced the company's second relocation together. I remember one particular incident very clearly. The company hired a moving team to help transport equipment and goods. Halfway through the process, the movers, who had very poor manners, demanded an increase in their moving fees. Otherwise, they would go on strike and would not return the fees we had already paid. Faced with such unreasonable demands and difficulties, General Manager Li insisted on arguing her case based on reason. Seeing that they were in the wrong and could not argue their point, and noticing General Manager Li's firm attitude, the movers threatened to become violent, which scared all of us. However, General Manager Li was not intimidated by the threats and remained calm, taking out her phone to call the police to handle the situation.Afterwards, I asked General Manager Li if she was scared at that time. She said, “No, I wasn't. As long as we maintain kindness and a spirit of contract, speak reasonably and present the facts, justice is on our side.” When I heard these words, I admired her courage in the face of danger. She was such a young and beautiful girl, yet she had an especially brave and resilient heart. Through this incident, I saw General Manager Li's sense of responsibility and justice. During the relocation process, I also noticed her frugality. At that time, in the production workshop, there was an inconspicuous product packaging box that had fallen on the ground. Everyone walked by without paying attention, but when General Manager Li saw it, she went over, picked it up, and gently placed it on the cargo box waiting to be moved. This casual glance of mine increased my admiration and respect for General Manager Li. She is particularly generous and understanding towards our colleagues, which has further strengthened my determination to follow in her footsteps and share the same fate with Missmeeca.

In 2022, the company grew and strengthened once again. We acquired our own new factory in Huizhou. As the first management staff member of Missmeeca to be transferred to the Huizhou production line, I left the familiar Shenzhen factory and colleagues. Coming to Huizhou, an unfamiliar city for the first time, I felt a great sense of loss and loneliness in terms of both work and daily life, including eating, living and transportation. Fortunately, General Manager Li cared for me in life. Before I moved to the Huizhou factory, she had already arranged for colleagues to look for rental information for me and even subsidized the rent. General Manager Li also paid special attention to my state and emotions during the moving process, often calling to encourage me to actively adapt to the new environment. Her warm care made me feel that she treated me like a sister from the beginning. She has always been a person without any airs, and never had a condescending attitude.More importantly, she has been supportive in work. General Manager Li paid close attention to my situation. After finishing her own work, she would take time to have heart - to - heart talks with me, giving me guidance and telling me to take things step by step without being anxious. As a production management personnel, every day I face not only urgent production tasks, but more importantly, I need to understand and communicate the interpersonal relationships among employees. Sometimes I can't help being irritable. When I try to solve problems violently or run away from them, General Manager Li always finds time to communicate and guide me. She always tells me that the management should have a tolerant heart. No matter what difficulties I encounter in life and work, I should communicate with her, and she will patiently help me solve the problems. Under General Manager Li's guidance and influence, I have learned how to communicate and cooperate with colleagues, and how to stay calm and focused under pressure. As time goes by, I have found my own place in the company, which makes me cherish every day at Missmeeca even more.

Over the eight years, the company has been making continuous progress every year, and my colleagues who joined the factory with me have also been growing. The company has evolved from renting a few hundred square meters of factory space to now owning a production base of more than ten thousand square meters. General Manager Li's persistence and focus have led our company through five relocations, and each move has marked an upgrade for the company. I have also witnessed General Manager Li's growth and transformation with my own eyes, as she has changed from a lively and lovely girl into a mature and capable businesswoman.In these eight years, my growth has been inseparable from General Manager Li's help and the support of my Missmeeca colleagues. I am grateful for these eight years and for General Manager Li's guidance, which has allowed me to constantly evolve during this journey. These eight years have become extremely precious wealth in my life. There have been laughter, tears, excitement from recognition and praise, as well as the disappointment from criticism by leaders. But it is precisely because of these experiences that I cherish our time working together even more.

In the future, I will continue to work hard because I believe that as long as we persevere, nothing can stop Missmeeca's progress. Now, I also hope to continue following in General Manager Li's footsteps and the pace of Jiayao, moving forward together to create more brilliance. In the new year of 2025, I wish that our Jiayao will become stronger and go further with stability.
