Time flies, and looking back on my time as a human resources specialist at Jia Yao, it's like a rich and colorful scroll, with every stroke witnessing my growth and transformation. When I first joined the company, I stepped into this field full of development and hope with a mix of anticipation and trepidation for the new job.

However, the seemingly simple task of recruitment turned out to be my first challenge. From sifting through resumes to making phone invitations, to arranging interviews, every step requires careful planning and diligent execution. For instance, when recruiting foreign trade sales staff, initially, due to the scarcity of job seekers for foreign trade positions near the company, I received quite a few messages declining interview opportunities, citing distance and family reasons. At first, I was a bit disheartened, but then I realized that sincerity is the key to touching people's hearts. Moreover, the company has been doing exceptionally well in the field of foreign trade e-commerce, emphasizing corporate culture and highlighting its strengths and highlights.    

I began to intensify my search for resumes, and to improve the success rate of phone invitations, I continuously adjusted my communication style, using enthusiasm and professionalism to impress every candidate. I carefully introduced the company's corporate culture, highlighting its strengths and highlights. When encountering suitable resumes, I considered from the interviewee's perspective. Before the interview, in addition to sending the company's resume and corporate culture PPT, I also sent a map of the industrial park with actual route directions, making it easier for them to find the company's location accurately. If an interviewee arrived late and the interview was not finished after work, I made sure to follow up in a timely manner and conduct post-interview follow-ups. The results were much better than before, and new employees successfully joined the company.   

As time went on, I also got involved in employee training and development. This is a brand-new challenge that requires good organizational and communication skills. Secondly, employee relations management is also an essential part of HR work. In addition, in my daily work, I am also responsible for employee attendance management, salary and welfare calculations, and other transactional tasks. Although these tasks are not complicated, they are crucial and require a high degree of attention to detail and responsibility. I learned how to treat every piece of data rigorously, and at the same time, I continuously optimized the workflow to improve work efficiency.

In the process of self-growth at work, I also experienced setbacks and failures. There is one thing that left a deep impression on me at work. On August 21, 2024, in the afternoon, a colleague and I cleaned the fish pond at the company's front desk. We planned to change the water in the fish pond, and after emptying the pond, my colleague turned on the tap to fill it with new water. After work in the afternoon, the pond was not yet full, but we forgot to turn off the tap. We were negligent and did not check that the tap was not turned off, causing unnecessary losses and wasting manpower. When General Manager Li returned from a business trip, he talked to us, discussing the incident and the work of HR administration in a serious and heartfelt manner. Looking back at the cause of this incident, it was due to carelessness at work and not paying enough attention to details, leading to mistakes.

The guidance and criticism gave me an opportunity to reflect on myself and to be self-vigilant. After this incident, I also recognized the mistake, took responsibility bravely, and always reminded myself to be rigorous and meticulous. I have always believed that every setback is an opportunity for growth. I constantly reflect on my work, summarize experiences and lessons, and strive to improve my professional abilities. I learned how to efficiently complete various work tasks, how to communicate and cooperate with different people, and how to remain calm and optimistic under pressure.

The company has been established for 12 years now and is currently in a period of rapid development. In my work and life at Jia Yao, General Manager Li's guidance has also brought me a lot of insights and inspiration. At work, she reviews and summarizes our positions, helping us grow. In life, General Manager Li is approachable, loves sports, and is always running or cycling in the morning sun, full of vitality. Sports not only give her a healthy body but also a tenacious will and a positive and enterprising spirit. She always radiates a positive light and faces challenges with an optimistic attitude. In today's internet age, the fast-paced online popularity comes and goes quickly, but General Manager Li has always insisted on doing the more arduous manufacturing industry. I see a craftsman's spirit in her. Under her leadership, I have learned a down-to-earth and dedicated work attitude, and she combines current trends, keeps pace with the times, and continuously innovates and optimizes product design concepts, allowing more people to discover the beauty inside and out. At the same time, under the influence of her spirit of not fearing difficulties and challenges, advocating hard work and thriftiness, and opposing extravagance and waste, I have benefited a lot and become more determined to face challenges and promote the excellent virtues of hard work and energy saving in my work and life.

Now, looking back on this journey of self-growth, working in HR administration at Jia Yao is not just a profession but also a responsibility and mission. In the future, I will continue to work hard, continuously improve my professional quality and comprehensive ability, and contribute my strength to the company's development. Not only have I grown and improved myself, but I am also determined to continue writing my own wonderful chapter. I believe that in this work full of challenges and opportunities, my journey of growth continues!
