When I first came for the interview, the decoration inside the company gave people a very fresh and small and fresh feeling, which is different from other companies. At that time, I felt that this company was very special, giving people a bright and eye-catching feeling. The nervous and uneasy mood before the interview disappeared the moment I saw General Manager Li, making people feel very at ease.

After starting work here, the entire Missmeeca team has made me feel the uniqueness of each individual. The only commonality is that colleagues here are all very warm, enthusiastic, serious, and responsible in their dealings with people, objects, work, and customers. When it comes to work, if there's something I don't understand or can't handle, everyone is very proactive in trying to help me, making me feel the power of teamwork. This has made me more confident and adept in my job.

When I first started as a merchandiser, my main responsibility was to supervise the production progress to ensure that orders were completed according to customer requirements and on time. This included tracking the entire production process, from manufacturing to the final delivery of the product. The focus was on monitoring and coordinating the production process to ensure that the product quality and delivery time met customer specifications. It was necessary to have good organizational and coordination skills, as well as a deep understanding of the production process. The work goal was to ensure that orders were completed on time and with quality, satisfying customer needs.

In April of this year, I transitioned from production merchandiser to procurement, experiencing a series of changes and challenges, while also gaining new perspectives and experiences. My role shifted towards strategic planning and decision-making, requiring a deeper understanding of costs, suppliers, and the market. I needed to develop negotiation skills, market analysis, and cost control abilities. This understanding was expanded to the entire supply chain, including the sourcing of raw materials, supplier management, and the impact of global markets. I managed a broader range of risks, including supplier credit risk, price fluctuations, and supply chain disruptions. My interactions with suppliers increased, necessitating the establishment and maintenance of good supplier relationships. The impact on cost control and supply chain stability was direct, and my responsibilities grew larger, as procurement orders would affect the company's costs and profits. I needed to continuously learn about market trends, new procurement technologies, and best practices in supply chain management. Adapting to the ever-changing market conditions and supply chain dynamics was crucial. Each role in the supply chain plays an important part, and they are interdependent, ensuring the smooth progression of the product from raw materials to final delivery.

When I first learned about this personnel transfer, I felt uneasy, nervous, and afraid. The procurement position is a crucial role in the company, and I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to perform well. However, General Manager Li often guided, supported, and encouraged me. When I encountered difficulties and wanted to give up, I thought of the encouraging words from General Manager Li and her careful cultivation, which gave me the determination and courage to persevere. I am very grateful to General Manager Li for giving me this opportunity, which has allowed my work abilities to reach a higher level.

Under the leadership of General Manager Li, our Missmeeca Huizhou factory has quickly expanded from an initial area of over two thousand square meters to more than ten thousand square meters now. The increase in factory area means more production space, which can increase production capacity and improve production capabilities. This enhances our competitiveness in the market and allows us to better meet market demands. I am full of confidence and anticipation for the future prospects of Missmeeca, and I also see broad development opportunities for myself within the company. I sincerely hope that Missmeeca will continue to thrive and improve!
