Jiayao Exhibition Review: The 13th China Processing Trade Fair

On the morning of May 10th, a highly popular event representing "Made in China" kicked off in Houjie, Dongguan. Not only did it gather renowned manufacturing brands from both domestic and international markets, but also attracted numerous Fortune 500 companies such as Amazon, BYD, Alibaba, and Tencent!

The 13th China Processing Trade Products Expo (referred to as China Proc Expo), hosted by the Ministry of Commerce, the National Intellectual Property Administration, and the People's Government of Guangdong Province, and organized by the Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province and the People's Government of Dongguan City, grandly opened at the Guangdong Modern International Exhibition Center.

Zhang Xin, Vice Governor of Guangdong Province, Li Xingqian, Director-General of the Department of Foreign Trade at the Ministry of Commerce, and Zhang Jinsong, Director-General of the Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province, attended the opening ceremony. Liu Zhihong, Deputy Director-General of the Huizhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce, led the Huizhou delegation to participate in the current China Proc Expo and attended the opening ceremony, as well as the keynote conference on the theme of "Global Industrial Chain Layout with China's Processing Manufacturing." Huizhou Jiayao Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. was invited to participate in this exhibition.

The current China Proc Expo lasted for four days, with the exhibition area expanded from 70,000 square meters in the previous year to 80,000 square meters. A total of 1,310 companies from 22 provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities, as well as Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Nepal, and other countries and regions participated in the exhibition. The event featured one theme exhibition and six specialized exhibitions. Jiayao showcased a range of new and trendy products, which were well received by a large number of customers.

The total number of buyers at this exhibition is expected to exceed 13,000. The organizing committee has also invited high-quality e-commerce and logistics companies such as Amazon, Suning, and SF Express, as well as key projects like the Hong Kong Dongguan International Airport Center and Dongguan China-Europe Freight Train, to exhibit their special installations. This aims to fully leverage the channel capabilities of e-commerce and logistics platforms to help participating companies expand customer resources, explore sales markets, and enhance the effectiveness of their participation.

In addition, during the exhibition, industry associations will host more than 10 industry matchmaking events, including events such as "Belt and Road Initiative: Branding Overseas - How to Facilitate Dual Circulation Trade" and "Analysis of Development Trends in the Chinese Sports Goods Industry and Product Matchmaking." These events will provide trade and networking platforms for businesses across different industries.

The China Processing Trade Products Expo is the only national-level exhibition in China with processing trade as its main theme. It originated in 2009 as the Guangdong Foreign Trade Fair in response to the impact of the international financial crisis. In 2012, it was upgraded to a national-level exhibition. To date, it has successfully held 12 sessions, facilitating over 68,000 business cooperation projects and generating intended transaction amounts exceeding 780 billion yuan. It has played a positive role in promoting the transformation and upgrading of processing trade enterprises nationwide and coordinating balanced regional development.

The significance of the 13th China Processing Trade Products Expo, held in the inaugural year of fully implementing the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, is of great importance. The Central Committee of the Party and the State Council attach great importance to the development of processing trade. The Central Economic Work Conference has emphasized the need to enhance the level of processing trade, and the "Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Promoting Stable Scale and Optimal Structure of Foreign Trade" has called for the stability and improvement of processing trade.

It is worth noting that on April 25th, the General Office of the State Council issued the "Opinions on Promoting Stable Scale and Optimal Structure of Foreign Trade," which proposed "organizing the China Processing Trade Products Expo and supporting industrial exchanges and cooperation between the eastern, central, and western regions." As the only national-level exhibition with processing trade as its theme in China, the current China Proc Expo will further enhance its role in facilitating the transfer of gradients and serve as a platform for interprovincial collaboration and international capacity cooperation in processing trade.

ICBE International Cross-Border E-commerce Trading Expo.

From May 15th to 17th, the 3rd ICBE International Cross-Border E-commerce Trading Expo (referred to as "Cross-Expo"), jointly organized by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Commerce and the Guangdong E-commerce Association, was held at the Poly World Trade Expo Center in Pazhou, Guangzhou. Deputy Director Huang Xiaopeng led the officials from the Huizhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce, representatives from the Huizhou Cross-Border E-commerce Industry Association, and six participating companies to attend the opening ceremony.

In this Cross-Expo, the Huizhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce planned a 108-square-meter booth to promote and showcase the Huizhou Cross-Border E-commerce Industrial Park, products from local enterprises, and relevant policies and measures of the comprehensive bonded zone. The exhibition area featured a total of 48 SKUs and 13 categories of local products showcasing Huizhou's unique characteristics. It attracted numerous buyers who actively inquired and engaged in discussions, generating positive feedback. According to statistics, a total of 27 contracts were signed on-site, with a transaction value of 1.83 million yuan.

During the exhibition, Mr. Zhai Weibin, Deputy Director of China International E-commerce Center, and Ms. Sun Qi, Director of the E-commerce Division of Henan Provincial Department of Commerce, visited the themed exhibition area of Huizhou's Cross-Border E-commerce Comprehensive Bonded Zone. They fully recognized the achievements made in the construction of Huizhou's Cross-Border E-commerce Comprehensive Bonded Zone and had an in-depth discussion with Ms. Li Shaoyan, General Manager of Jia Yao Company, at the Jia Yao booth, providing relevant guidance.

Jia Yao Makeup Mirrors made its appearance at the 5th  Western China International Fair for Investment and Trade 

The 5th  Western China International Fair for Investment and Trade (referred to as "West Expo") was held at the Chongqing International Expo Center from May 18th to 21st. Co-hosted by the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Water Resources, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, the All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, and the Chongqing Municipal People's Government, the 5th West Expo focused on openness and carried the theme "Entering the West, Negotiating the Future". Having successfully held four previous editions, the West Expo has become one of the most influential investment events in the western region.

Co-hosted by the Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province and organized by the Guangdong Federation of Commerce, the Guangdong Economic and Trade Delegation participated in the exhibition and conference. A special delegation comprising representatives from outstanding enterprises in Guangdong Province was organized to provide targeted support in Wushan County. The Cooperation Office of Guangzhou City, the Bureau of Commerce of Huizhou City, and the Bureau of Commerce of Meizhou City also dispatched their personnel to join the delegation. Mr. Yin Huanming, a Senior Inspector of the Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province, attended the relevant activities.

Jia Yao was selected to participate in this conference and considers every government-led exhibition opportunity as the best chance to learn and expand its business, to broaden horizons, understand and deeply study well-known enterprises and brands, thereby enhancing Jia Yao's market competitiveness.

During the exhibition, Mr. Yin Huanming, a Senior Inspector of the Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province, led a delegation to visit Jia Yao's booth. They engaged in technical exchanges and guidance specifically regarding Jia Yao's makeup mirror products. Mr. Yin also provided feasibility suggestions on the integration of technology with traditional mirrors.

Mr. Yin Huanming, representing the Guangdong Economic and Trade Delegation, delivered the closing speech. He expressed his deep impression of the visit to Wushan, where he personally experienced the warm and romantic charm of the Bashu region and the emotions of the Three Gorges. The delegation had a close contact with Wushan, gaining an understanding of the 30 years of targeted support provided by Guangdong to Wushan. They expressed gratitude to both Wushan and Guangdong. Through this visit, they learned about the industrial development and direction of Wushan, which showcased the three beauties of Wushan: the beauty of its mountains and rivers, the beauty of its spirit, and the beauty of its urban-rural integration, embodying the integration of the river, mountains, and cities.

Mr. Yin pointed out that Wushan has outstanding advantages in transportation and location, as well as tremendous development potential. There is significant room for cooperation between Guangdong and Wushan in tourism development, deep processing of agricultural and specialty products, and traditional Chinese medicinal herbs cultivation. He expressed the hope that in the future, through government collaboration and resonance with Wushan, there can be closer cooperation at the convergence points of their respective fields. They aim to strive for the implementation of more new cooperative projects, promoting the industrial development of Wushan while achieving mutual benefits and win-win outcomes.
